Our Approach

  • 1. Deep-dive & Discover.

    These collaborative workshop-style sessions are designed for decision-makers with intent to engage in intimate discussions, helping us identify and understand the specific well-being challenges being faced across the organisation.

  • 2. Gather & Learn.

    At this stage, we speak to employees and use data that is collected via surveys, health risk assessments (HRAs), and optional health screenings to gather deep insights. These insights enable us to identify how colleagues perceive health and well-being at work, while also providing us with a clear snapshot of the actual state of overall workforce wellness.

  • 3. Audit & Collate.

    During this stage, we assess all well-being touchpoints across the business, identifying gaps and comprehending pain points, as well as recognising successful aspects of what’s already being achieved. We also embed the findings from the previous steps to get an overall holistic picture of the full workplace landscape.

  • 4. Craft & Implement.

    At this stage, we craft a well-informed wellness program based on all gathered data points. Once approved, we proceed to program launch and execution, managing the delivery of agreed-upon initiatives and driving ongoing engagement to ensure program success.

  • 5. Review & Pivot.

    At this stage, we review program performance and gather feedback to assess its success. We conduct bi-monthly reviews to evaluate the learnings and refine the program for continuous improvement.
